Monthly estimate. "You keep" also deducts your payment gateway fees (~2 %), which are charged in your own Stripe account.
How the tier changes
No renegotiation and no surprise increases. The tier is reviewed automatically, using the data from your own panel.
- The tier is calculated each month on your active paying members.
- When you exceed the threshold two months in a row, you move up to the next tier.
- If you go down, the tier goes down with you under the same rule.
- You see how much you're missing to reach the next threshold in your panel, before it happens.
- Members on the Welcome plan don't count toward the tier.
- The percentage is applied to gross subscription revenue.
- You get paid with your Stripe. Its fees (1.5–2.9 %) are separate.
- Annual contract: two months of the fixed fee free.

What you charge your members
You set the prices. This is the ladder that works best: a free plan that attracts, an entry plan that converts and a high plan where the margin is.

What you usually ask
What if I want to leave? Do I take my data with me?
Yes. You fully export your members, portfolios and trades at any time. There's no lock-in, unless you choose the reduced sign-up in exchange for a six-month commitment.
I already have my community on Telegram, how do I migrate?
You import your members via CSV and onboard them by invitation. Your Telegram bot keeps working in parallel, so no one is left out during the transition.
How long does it take to go live?
Your platform is up and running in 5 business days: domain, certificates, your brand applied, Stripe connection and bots configured.
Who charges my students?
You do, with your own Stripe account. Your members' money never passes through us.
What happens if one month I don't invoice anything?
You only pay the fixed fee for your tier. The percentage applies only to what you invoice, so a month with no payments generates no percentage.
Can I set my own prices?
Yes. You define plans, prices and modules from your panel, whenever you want.
Do I need to know about technology?
No. Domain, certificates and deployment are included in the sign-up. You take care of your community; we take care of the infrastructure.
